The 2021 Webometrics top Kenyan University and Colleges Rankings have been released. The University of Nairobi maintains its leading position as the best university in Kenya and in East Africa. Below are the current rankings.

About Webometrics University Rankings 

Webometrics is a design of Cybermetrics Lab, a research group belonging to the CSIC, the largest public research organization in Spain (You can also learn more about CSIC on this official Wikipedia Page). CSIC is attached to the ministry of education in Spain.

The method used to Rank Universities 

Webometrics university and college rankings are all based on research that focuses on social sciences, Technologies, computer science, and humanities. In addition, it utilizes link analysis for quality evaluation.

We picked from them that Web traffic, Scholarly Citations, and page-level matter in their rankings.
